Productions
Shoots, series, commercials, music videos and theatre. I build the characters, make the prosthetics to measure and keep continuity on set. Day rate or per project.
Events and brands
UV Bar, Glitter Bar, themed parties, brand activations, zombie walks and emergency drills. I bring the booth and get your guests done.
Private clients
Halloween, costume parties, photo shoots. Body Paint, UV too for blacklight parties. On location, at home or at the party.
Characters without limits
Creatures, fantasy beings, historical figures, ageing, wounds that hold up in close-up. I design and make the prosthetics myself, in silicone, latex or gelatine depending on what the scene asks for. Then I apply them, look after them through the day and take them off at wrap.
The magic is in the details. The texture of a scar. The edge of a bald cap the camera can’t find.
Who I am
I’m Ana Casado. I’ve been doing makeup and character work for over twelve years. I trained in Pamplona and Barcelona, I make my own prosthetics and I’ve worked on films, commercials, trade fairs, emergency drills and events of every kind.
About meWhere I work
I go where the project is: set, location, venue or your home. Based in Barcelona and the Maresme, often in Girona and the Costa Brava. I travel across Catalonia and anywhere in Spain, with travel costs in the quote.
